Uno de los cumplidos más significativos que he recibido recientemente no vino de un comprador ni de un vendedor, sino de los vecinos de una de mis propiedades en venta.
Después de meses preparando la propiedad, desarrollando estrategias de mercadeo, organizando open houses, coordinando reparaciones, comunicándome con agentes y manejando ofertas para una casa en Bellevue, pasé a agradecerles a los vecinos por su amabilidad y apoyo durante todo el proceso. Fueron increíblemente atentos — incluso se ofrecieron a hablar con posibles compradores sobre cómo era vivir en el vecindario. No tuve la oportunidad de conversar con ellos en persona, pero les dejé una nota expresando mi agradecimiento y una canasta de suculentas.
Un poco más tarde ese mismo día, recibí este mensaje:

I didn't get to speak with them, but left them a note expressing my gratitude and a basket of succulents.
A little later that day I received this message:

"Hey Janice!! You are so sweet and thoughtful!! ... You are truly a gem and we have told many people that...
